Relaxation in the Upper Age Limit

The final step of the application process that the candidates should follow is to pay the application fee. The candidates can pay this fee through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards or through cash in SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan.

- Women candidates and candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Persons with Disabilities (PwBD) and Ex-servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.
How to Apply Online for SSC MTS 2024 exam?
Candidates can check full details below related to application process. The entire process can be divided into two parts i.e. One Time Registration and the SSC MTS Application Form. The candidates who have already registered on the official SSC Website can directly log in and fill out the application form. The entire process has been summarised below.
- One-Time Registration: The candidates can visit and click on the ‘New Registration’ link provided in the Login/Registration tab on the homepage of the official SSC Website i.e. ssc.gov.in. Fill in the required details and create your own password. After submitting the registration details successfully, the basic details will be stored in the SSC database and will be used whenever the candidates fill out any new application form.
- Filling the SSC MTS Application Form: On the SSC homepage, click on the ‘Login/Register’ tab again and this time fill in your username & password to access your candidate portal. From there click on the link to apply online for SSC MTS 2024. The basic details will come already filled with data sourced from the one-time registration. Candidates can upload the required documents and take a live photograph to upload to the application. The candidates can then pay the online application fee and finish the application process.
- Take a printout of the payment receipt and application form for future reference.
SSC MTS 2024 Selection Procedure
The selection of the Multi Tasking Staff is a multi-step process that can be divided into two main phases. SSC MTS 2024 PET/PST Pattern
The candidates who qualify for the cutoff of the Computer Based Examination will advance to the next stage of the selection process i.e. the Physical Efficiency Test/ Physical Standard Test. In the sections below, let us take a look at the detailed structure of both these tests.
Physical Efficiency Test
The PET stage of the selection process examines the candidates’ physical abilities to finish the task provided in order to prove that they are suitable for the post of Havaldar. The male candidates will be required to walk to a distance of 1.6 Km in 15 minutes time and the female candidates will be required to walk 1 Km in 20 minutes.
