• Depending upon the category of the city the Sub Inspectors are posted in, they receive the House Rent Allowance which helps them pay for the accommodation of their choice in accordance with the rules put in place by the Ministry of Railways.
• According to the latest norms, the RPF SIs will receive 50 percent of their basic pay as Dearness Allowance which will help them tackle the inflation rates of commodities needed to lead a decent lifestyle.
