RPF Constable Syllabus (General Awareness)
The General Awareness section of the RPF Constable Exam carries the highest weightage with 50 out of the total 120 questions being asked from this section alone. The candidates should have a strategy to tackle the different sections of the RPF Constable Syllabus for the General Awareness section in a different manner. For example, the basic subjects & static GK should be covered from the time-tested sources and the current affairs should be done daily/ weekly/monthly as suited to the candidates. The official notification says the following regarding the syllabus of this section.
- “Questions will be aimed at testing the candidate’s general awareness of the Environment around him/her and its application to society; to test knowledge of current events and such matters of everyday observation and experience as may be expected of any educated person. The test will also include questions relating to Indian History, Art and Culture, Geography, Economics, General Polity, Indian Constitution, Sports, General Science, etc.”
