RPF Constable Application Fees
The RPF discourages fake and double application forms. To prevent such activities, the RPF has the provision of returning all or most part of the application fee once the candidate appears in the CBT. Here are the fee details for different categories:
- Candidates belonging to SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, Female, Minorities or Economically Backward Class (EBC) shall be liable to pay Rs. 250. Complete refund will be issued on appearing in the CBT for these categories.
- Candidates of UR, EWS, OBC, and all other candidates must pay Rs. 500 of which Rs. 400 will be refunded after appearing in the CBT.
While calculating the refund, any bank charges will also be deducted from the final amount.

RPF Constable Selection Process
The selection process under RPF Constable Recruitment 2024 involves three different stages. Candidates must qualify in each to proceed to the next step. The selection process details are mentioned below:
- Stage 1: A common Computer-Based Exam (CBE) is conducted including three subjects i.e. Arithmetic, General Intelligence and Reasoning, and General Awareness. This is the only stage that involves a marking scheme and the marks obtained are counted towards preparation of the final merit list.
- Stage 2: After qualifying in the CBE, candidates must pass a Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and a Physical Measurement Test (PMT).
- Stage 3: Document Verification (DV) is the last step to check the authenticity of documents and eligibility of the candidates.
